Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, ChangePeformance have been established since 2003. We are a team of highly motivated consultants with a real desire to work alongside our clients to help make a tangible difference to business performance.

Between us we have a wide range of public and private sector experience and have had the privilege of working for some of the UKs most renowned business schools and national consultancy firms. With this experience we believe we can offer clients a first class professional service without the trappings of big consultancies.
